EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Mulungushi Village Complex Limited (MVCL) is a real estate and hospitality company established by the Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ). MVCL was incorporated in 2006 as a limited liability company under the Companies Act, Cap 386 of the Laws of Zambia and is a subsidiary of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC).

In its pursuit to remain a premier choice for long- and short-stay accommodation, conference and sports facilities, MVCL seeks to appoint dynamic, motivated, and proactive professionals to fill the vacancies in the following positions:

1. Director Finance – MVCL 2 (1 Position)

Minimum Academic / Professional Qualifications

i. Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent
ii. Full professional qualification ACCA, CIMA, or CA Zambia
iii. Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
iv. Membership of ZICA
v. Clearance of academic and professional qualifications by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)

Relevant Experience

i. Minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience
ii. Proven experience at senior management in a reputable organisation

2. Legal Counsel – MVCL 3 (1 Position)

Minimum Academic / Professional Qualifications

i. Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent
ii. Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
iii. Master’s degree in law or related field will be an added advantage
iv. Advocate of the High Court of Zambia
v. Member of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ)
vi. Clearance of academic and professional qualifications by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)

Relevant Experience

i. Minimum of three (3) years’ post-qualification experience at the bar

3. Accountant – MVCL 4 (1 Position)

Qualifications

i. Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
ii. Degree in accountancy with active pursuit of a Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia.
iii. Minimum 3 years relevant accounting or finance experience.
iv. Valid membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
v. Certified academic and professional qualifications with Zambia Qualification Authority (ZAQA).
