GENERAL MANAGER, LOGISTICS RUNNER, AND MECHANICS

Time Trucking Limited and Time Petroleum Limited, leading companies in Zambia’s transport, logistics, and petroleum industries, invite applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

LOGISTICS RUNNER (1 POSITION)

The Logistics Runner will coordinate transportation activities, monitor fleet operations, and ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule transportation activities and delivery routes.
• Coordinate truck and driver assignments.
• Monitor truck movements and delivery progress.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of cargo.
• Liaise with drivers and customers regarding transport schedules and operational issues.
• Resolve transport-related challenges, delays, and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, transport laws, and company policies.
• Monitor fleet performance and recommend operational improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or fleet management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with GPS tracking systems or Transport Management Systems (TMS) will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
