Job description

A reputable courier company based in Kitwe is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver with a minor sales component to join its operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely collect and deliver parcels and documents within Kitwe and surrounding areas
  • Ensure timely deliveries and accurate proof of delivery
  • Perform basic vehicle/motorbike checks and minor mechanical troubleshooting
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly
  • Assist with minor sales duties, including promoting services to customers and identifying new delivery opportunities
  • Maintain professional customer relationships and uphold company service standards
  • Prepare simple daily delivery and sales activity reports

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid class C driver’s license
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Prior experience in courier, delivery, or logistics is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Kitwe routes and surrounding areas
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Honest, punctual, and physically fit
