We are looking for a driven, analytical, and client-focused professional who can support and lead advisory engagements across sustainability services.
This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of Zambia’s sustainability transition and contribute to building a practice that helps organisations protect value, build resilience, and deliver measurable impact.

- Support boards and management teams in understanding sustainability-related risks and opportunities
- Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and thought leadership
- Manage workplans, timelines, client expectations, and multiple priorities
- Contribute to building Sustainable Impact Advisory’s tools, methodologies, and market presence
- Support the growth of Zambia’s ESG and sustainability ecosystem through practical, high-quality advisory work
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in sustainability, ESG advisory, business advisory, risk, governance, financial reporting, tax advisory or related fields
- A strong understanding of sustainability and ESG issues affecting businesses in Zambia and the region, including climate risk, sustainable finance, responsible business practices, and emerging reporting expectations

- Experience supporting or leading client engagements, including project planning, research, stakeholder engagement, analysis, report writing, and delivery of high-quality outputs
- Ability to translate complex sustainability, regulatory, and governance requirements into practical guidance for boards, executives, and management teams
- Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, board-ready reports, proposals, presentations, and client deliverables
