Introduction

Meraki Centro Limited, a fast-growing restaurant and café chain, invites eligible, competent, and reputable suppliers and service providers to submit applications for registration to be included in our pre-qualified suppliers list for the 2026/2027 financial period.

Mandatory Eligibility and Compliance Requirements

Interested companies must submit copies of the following statutory and compliance documents to be considered for evaluation:

·      Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate

·      Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC)

·      Certificate of Incorporation / Registration

·      Company Profile (Detailing physical address, contact details)

·      Bank Reference Letter / Proof of Financial Capability (To ensure capacity to handle bulk orders)

·      Trade Licenses / Public Health Certificates (Crucial for food and beverage suppliers)

·      Traceable References (Minimum of 3 references from current or previous corporate clients).

F.      Cleaning Chemicals and Kitchen Sanitization Supplies

G.    Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance and Repairs

Submission Guidelines

–         Format: All documents must be bound, sealed in an envelope clearly marked “Application for Supplier Registration: Category”, or submitted via email in a single PDF file to:

Only successful, pre-qualified suppliers will be contacted to sign preferred vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with negotiated wholesale pricing and credit terms. Registration does not guarantee any purchase order or contract.
