Job description
WFD Representative – Zambia
About the Opportunity
Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) is seeking an individual or organisation to represent WFD in Zambia as it explores opportunities to strengthen engagement and support democratic governance.
Role Focus
- Identify partnership and funding opportunities
- Engage key stakeholders in Zambia’s governance sector
- Help shape WFD future programme development and presence in Zambia
- Work closely with the WFD Africa team
Requirements
- Significant experience in democracy, governance, parliamentary strengthening, political participation, public policy, or related fields
- Strong networks across Zambia’s governance sector
- Location: Lusaka, Zambia
- Contract: August 2026 to March 2027, with possibility of extension
- Time commitment: 50 to 80 hours per month
- Remuneration: GBP 1,100 to GBP 1,600 per month
