Goldenlay Agri Limited is currently recruiting for experienced and safety-focused TLB operator jobs in Luanshya to support an important dam construction project in the Copperbelt region of Zambia. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven skills in operating Tractor Loader Backhoes (TLBs) within large-scale civil engineering environments.
Position Overview for TLB Operator Jobs in Luanshya
As a TLB Operator at Goldenlay Agri Limited, you will play a critical role in excavation, loading, backfilling, and site preparation activities essential to the successful completion of the dam construction. The role demands a strong adherence to health and safety protocols, daily equipment inspections, and routine maintenance to ensure operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) efficiently for excavation, loading, backfilling, and preparing the construction site.
Perform daily inspections of equipment and promptly report any faults or irregularities.
Strictly follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Carry out basic maintenance and routine upkeep of machinery to ensure operational readiness.
Candidate Requirements
Possession of a valid TLB Operator Certificate.
Demonstrated experience working on dam construction or other significant civil engineering projects.
Strong commitment to safety standards and dependable work practices.
A valid driver’s licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
