Customer Satisfaction

 

  • Maximize Customer satisfaction, and retention by achieving and aiming to exceed benchmarked availability, service rate and minimizing lead times.
  • Lead, Coach and mentor the supply chain organization to ensure that customer centricity is the key priority.
  • Inventory availability & Optimization ABC inventory availability of 90% for ABC and 70% for DEF in Normet Operations within Zambia
  • Strategically Achieve Optimal Stocking Level in Normet Zambia Operations. Optimise flow of stock into country, reducing unnecessary processes, delays and disruptions, effectively reducing net working capital.

Internal controls

  • Review and implement improved Internal controls for Supply Chain in Zambia
  • Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements in Zambia, and pro-actively prepare the supply chain organization to incorporate the changes, minimizing impact to the customer.

Safety:

  • Improve supply chain safety by placing processes in place, which can be evaluated bimonthly.
  • Assess risk across supply chain processes for Zambia, and prepare necessary documents (in conjunction with SHEQ lead) to mitigate the risks.

 

Contracts and Pricing

  • Manage and maintain customer and supplier master data in terms of pricing
  • Customer negotiation regarding price changes as per global price changes
  • Challenge prices which defer from Market average with counterparts in Finland, if necessary making adjustments.
  • Regional VMI contract negotiations and physical setup of operations are in line with expected customer SLAs agreed in the contract.

Warehousing and Logistics

  • Ensure standardized warehousing and logistics strategy for the region
  • Manage and negotiate all 3 – and 4 PL service providers for outsourced warehousing & logistics network required to support customers
  • Bonded facility requirements to support regional parts supply
