Job description

The Zambia Law Development Commission (ZLDC), a statutory body established under the Zambia Law Development Commission Act, Chapter 32 of the Laws of Zambia, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambians.

Job Purpose

To secure and optimize ICT infrastructure, deliver reliable technical support, and accelerate cloud-driven workflow automation to ensure business continuity and organizational innovation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and secure network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, switches and wireless systems.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint management.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, printers and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding and access control.
• Implement and maintain cloud services and cloud-based applications.
• Design, deploy and maintain backups, disaster recovery plans and business continuity measures.
• Develop workflow automation and integration solutions.
• Maintain ICT inventory, procurement, licensing and equipment lifecycle.
• Conduct user training and promote security awareness.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Two (2) years post-qualifying experience in ICT.
