We are seeking a disciplined, experienced, and hands-on professional to oversee warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team of 30 to 40 employees. Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Manager Jobs in Lusaka

• Lead and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 30 to 40 staff members.
• Plan and organize daily warehouse activities, ensuring effective allocation of tasks.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, productivity, and accountability throughout the warehouse.
• Oversee accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to maintain inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock movements to ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting.
• Enforce health and safety protocols consistently to provide a safe working environment.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse personnel to enhance team performance.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with management to identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership skills characterized by natural authority and confidence.
• Hands-on management style, willing to work alongside the team when necessary.
• Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing large teams is advantageous.
