Join us as a Sales Engineer (Chinese Speaking). You will play a key role in identifying, engaging new customers, maintain strong relationships, and achieve sales targets while growing market share and profitability.

 

Your Mission:

  • Analyse and understand customer technical requirements and operational challenges.
  • Recommend appropriate products, systems, and technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in a business-focused manner.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable internal improvements.

Your Profile:

  • Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mining, or similar)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical, solution-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to manage and engage key stakeholders
  • Confident presentation and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of pricing structures, margins, and contracts
  • Ability to balance customer requirements with business profitability
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and standards
