Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) efficiently for excavation, loading, backfilling, and preparing the construction site.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and promptly report any faults or irregularities.
• Strictly follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Carry out basic maintenance and routine upkeep of machinery to ensure operational readiness.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid TLB Operator Certificate.
• Demonstrated experience working on dam construction or other significant civil engineering projects.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and dependable work practices.
• A valid driver’s licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
