We are expanding our team and currently have openings for a Human Resource Officer, Assistant Safety Officer, Heavy Equipment Repair (H.E.R) Mechanics, and Auto-Electricians. Available Positions and Requirements

1. Human Resource Officer (1 Position)

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources.
• Registration with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

2. H.E.R Mechanics (Heavy Equipment Repair Mechanics)

• Craft Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Heavy Equipment Repair or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of one year’s underground experience working with heavy machinery.
• Competency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty equipment.

3. Auto-Electricians

• Craft Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Auto Electrical Engineering.
• At least one year of relevant underground work experience.
• Sound understanding of vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.

4. Assistant Safety Officer (1 Position)

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year’s relevant work experience in safety management.
• Membership or registration with a recognized professional body is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
