Opportunity Overview for Tied Agent Jobs in Zambia

This role is offered on a contract basis with an initial 12-month renewable term, contingent upon satisfactory performance and adherence to company policies. As a tied agent, you will operate as an independent contractor, exclusively representing MGen’s products and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations nationwide.

Key Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (General Certificate of Education)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and customer service capabilities
• High integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is advantageous

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Madison General Insurance products and services
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships
• Collect and remit insurance premiums accurately and promptly
• Maintain comprehensive customer records and documentation
• Consistently meet or exceed agreed sales targets and performance goals
• Deliver professional customer service and ongoing client support
