Brilliance Executive Management is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sales Executive – Fitment Center X 04. About the Sales Executive Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, thereby enhancing acquisition levels. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with clients. Additionally, you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery according to company standards.

This position also involves managing a warehouse team, coordinating transportation logistics, and maintaining precise inventory control to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive Jobs in Ndola

  • Visit clients and prospective customers to assess needs and promote products and services.
  • Monitor market competition by gathering information on pricing, products, and trends.
  • Resolve customer complaints collaboratively, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding credit terms, product availability, and pricing.
  • Supervise daily activities within the distribution center and ensure accurate stock keeping.
  • Oversee loading of stocks onto sales vehicles, coordinating shipping and receiving processes.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain compliance with health and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor the distribution team to maintain high performance and adherence to procedures.
  • Maintain clean and undamaged stock in sales vans and conduct routine audits for proper handling and storage.
  • Prepare sales reports, enforce standard operating procedures, and address employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve logistical challenges.
  • Plan daily tasks, identify potential delays, and manage month-end closing activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by responding to feedback and ensuring satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related commercial field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the automobile sector.
  • Membership with ZIM is mandatory.
  • Clean and valid driver’s license is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and financial acumen.
  • Technical understanding of trucking and extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make sound judgment calls and lead a team effectively.
  • Preference will be given to candidates based in Ndola, Kafue, or Mazabuka with own accommodation.
