About the Farm Supervisor Role

The Farm Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing daily farm activities across Rock Farms. Candidates will be responsible for supervising planting, cultivation, irrigation, harvesting, and animal care, ensuring all operations run smoothly and meet quality standards. This full-time position requires a hands-on leader who can manage resources effectively while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities for Farm Supervisor Jobs in Chipata

• Manage daily farm operations, including crop production and livestock care.
• Supervise planting, irrigation, pest control, fertilization, and harvesting activities.
• Monitor livestock health, feeding, breeding, and welfare.
