About the Sales Operations Specialist Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist at d.light Zambia, you will lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales agents to build a high-performing fieldforce. Your expertise will support sales enablement and performance management, ensuring accurate CRM data, timely resolution of agent issues, and effective coordination across departments. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and efficiency of our sales operations in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Operations Specialist Jobs in Lusaka

  • Lead recruitment, screening, onboarding, and training of sales agents to develop a motivated and effective fieldforce
  • Maintain and update all fieldforce documentation and operational playbooks
  • Ensure CRM and related user systems are accurate and consistently updated
  • Promptly resolve operational issues and support requests from sales agents
  • Provide coaching and guidance to maximise agent performance and productivity
  • Manage contractor payments, bonuses, and reward distribution processes
