Available Positions: Builders and General Helpers

We are looking to fill two key roles essential to our construction operations:

• Builder (Bricklayer/Mason): Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in walling, foundations, and general masonry work. The ideal builder will be proficient in reading basic drawings and levels, working accurately to specifications. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment are essential.
• General Helper: This role involves supporting tradesmen by mixing concrete, carrying materials, and assisting with various on-site tasks. While no formal experience is required, previous site exposure is advantageous. Candidates should be physically fit and eager to learn new skills.

Requirements for Builders and Helpers Jobs in Lusaka

Both roles require candidates to meet the following criteria:

• Availability to start immediately
• Ability to work full days on-site, primarily in the Lilayi and Kafue District areas
• Possession of a valid National Registration Card (NRC) copy
• References from previous construction sites are preferred but not mandatory
