JOB VACANCY: Business Development & Marketing Executive

Doneright Systems Ltd is one of Zambia’s leading providers of Digital Identification, Security, and ICT Solutions. We specialize in ID card printing solutions, access control systems, CCTV surveillance, biometric solutions, time attendance systems, visitor management, queue management systems, and related technologies.
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Business Development & Marketing Executive
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales, and market share.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, NGO, and institutional clients.
- Source, monitor, and participate in tender opportunities through the Zambia Electronic Government Procurement (eGP) System.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate exhibitions, product launches, customer presentations, and marketing events.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare business development and marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
- Work closely with the Sales, Procurement, and Technical teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the ICT, security systems, or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ICT, security systems, digital identification, CCTV, access control, biometric solutions, or networking products will be an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and have working knowledge of the Zambia Electronic Government Procurement (eGP) System, including identifying tender opportunities, downloading bidding documents, preparing submissions, and managing tender-related processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
