About the Flatbed Truck Driver Positions We are looking to fill ten (10) full-time flatbed truck driver roles within our growing fleet. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of various cargo using heavy-duty trucks across Zambia and neighbouring SADC countries. Key Responsibilities for Flatbed Truck Driver Jobs in Ndola Safely deliver cargo using company trucks, complying with all local and cross-border traffic regulations. Conduct routine inspections and maintain trucks in clean, good working condition before each trip. Ensure mechanical soundness of vehicles and maintain all required legal documentation. Keep accurate records of all trips, including loading, transportation, border clearance, and offloading details. Maintain clear and continuous communication with the fleet manager throughout each journey. Candidate Requirements To be considered for these flatbed truck driver jobs in Ndola, applicants must submit the following documents: Application letter and detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV). Proof of literacy (ability to read and write). Three to five years’ experience driving trucks on international SADC routes, including DRC, Mozambique, and Tanzania. Recent medical report confirming fitness to drive. Proof of residence (utility bill or title deed). BELSAM/ENAC certification. National Registration Card (NRC) copy and Yellow Book.
