Job description
Main Duties:
Monitor and optimize Electrical and Electronics control systems used in cable production lines
Support automation and digitalization initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality
Plan and oversee electrical installations, testing, and commissioning to minimize costs
Design, plan, and supervise machine modifications to improve efficiency
Participate in root cause analysis for production faults and implement corrective actions
Establish and maintain preventive maintenance systems to reduce equipment breakdowns
Analyze and report on electrical and electronic breakdowns to assess plant performance
Implement cost-reduction initiatives, including energy-saving measures
Identify, develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and safety awareness
Perform any other duties assigned by management
