Job description
AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of Consumer Lending-Direct Sales Agents to be based in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Solwezi, Chipata, Mumbwa.
The Consumer Lending-Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for Marketing Bank products to individuals and firms.
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
- Marketing Bank products to individuals and firms.
- Loan documentation preparation and Evaluation.
- Key customer liaison person and Customer acquisition.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in direct sales, field sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or relationship management.
- Experience in selling financial products such as loans, insurance, mobile money, savings products, or related services is an added advantage.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Full Grade 12 Certificate. ZAQA certification is a must.
