As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in expanding the bank’s customer base by marketing and selling its diverse range of financial solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell First Capital Bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads generated from field activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales applications in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop sales plans and schedules to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Grade 12 GCE Certificate.
• At least one year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail or financial services.

Essential Skills

• Demonstrated retail sales expertise.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.

Compensation
