Job description

Huachen International Supply Chain Limited seeks to employ Warehouse Data Interns in the Warehouse Department to join our growing team.

POSITION: Warehouse Data Intern (X2)

DEPARTMENT: Warehouse

LOCATION: Ndola

JOB PURPOSE

The position shall be responsible for the entry of various data in the lark system of the bonded warehouse.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Perform data entry for various indicators in the bonded warehouse Lark system;

2.     Preparation of inventory reports in storage;

3.     Sorting of relevant documents before and after the completion of loading and unloading operations.

4.     Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1.     Diploma or Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehousing or related field.

2.     No experience required.

3.     Proficient in using MS Office software, with some data analysis capabilities.

4.     Good communication skill, calm and reliable.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1.     High level of dedication and sense of responsibility.

2.     Strong execution ability, no procrastination or negligence.

NOTE. All interviews are strictly in-person, at our Sakania Yard in Ndola.
