We are looking for seven dynamic, self-driven individuals to lead our Retail Digital Banking branches across these key locations. About the Branch Manager Role The Branch Manager plays a vital role in achieving branch targets by formulating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. You will ensure exceptional customer service standards, uphold compliance with banking procedures, and provide hands-on leadership to your branch team. Reporting directly to the Regional Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the branch’s success and growth. Key Responsibilities for Branch Manager Jobs in Zambezi Mpulungu Mwinilunga Mfumbwe Sesheke Mongu Kitwe Collaborate in developing and aligning branch strategies with the country’s Retail Banking objectives. Work closely with branch management to translate strategies into actionable plans tailored to specific segments, products, and locations. Set clear targets for Relationship Officers and conduct daily sales meetings to drive performance. Communicate strategies for approval and monitor their implementation, adjusting to market trends. Identify new business opportunities through market research and prioritize efforts in line with Retail Banking goals. Develop, implement, and track sales plans, including follow-ups on customer appointments. Oversee customer call reports and summarize outcomes to improve service delivery. Create and manage sales strategies for walk-in customers, ensuring they receive appropriate product and service guidance. Required Skills and Experience University degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail banking with strong sales and client-facing exposure. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams to meet targets. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Competence in conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work efficiently under deadlines. Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
