You will also help manage IT service delivery by tracking customer satisfaction through best practices, focusing on service levels, relationship management, financial aspects, and supplier coordination. Key Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager Internship Jobs in Lusaka Develop and implement Customer Success Plans in partnership with customers, internal teams, and third parties. Ensure solutions are accurately scoped and receive appropriate executive approval. Monitor and manage customer satisfaction using industry best practices.
