Country 24 Hotel, located in Lundazi, Eastern Province, Zambia, is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join its expanding hospitality team. Available Positions for Hospitality Jobs in Lundazi

1. Head Chef (1 Vacancy)

Requirements:

  • Full Grade 12 O-Level Certificate
  • Diploma in Food and Beverage or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 7 years continuous experience in hot pot and pastry preparation
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Age between 35 and 45 years
  • Proficient in preparing Zambian, Western, and Asian cuisines
  • Strong leadership skills and pleasant personality

2. Chef (1 Vacancy)

Requirements:

  • Full Grade 12 O-Level Certificate
  • Diploma in Food Production, Catering, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years continuous experience in hot pot and pastry preparation
  • Ability to prepare Zambian, Western, and Asian dishes
  • Minimum age of 25 years
  • Friendly and approachable personality

3. Front Office Staff (1 Vacancy)

Requirements:

  • Full Grade 12 O-Level Certificate with merit in Mathematics and English or higher
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years continuous experience in front office operations
  • Fluent in English and at least two Zambian languages
