• Full Grade 12 O-Level Certificate
• Diploma in Food and Beverage or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 7 years continuous experience in hot pot and pastry preparation
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Age between 35 and 45 years
• Proficient in preparing Zambian, Western, and Asian cuisines
• Strong leadership skills and pleasant personality

2. Chef (1 Vacancy)

Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 O-Level Certificate
• Diploma in Food Production, Catering, or equivalent
