adapting individualized teaching methods and curriculum tailored to meet the unique learning needs and abilities of students with various physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities.Creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students, regularly updating them and tracking student progress.Teaching students in small groups or one-on-one settings, using specialized tools and techniques such as Braille, sign language, or assistive technology to facilitate learning.Assessing students’ skills, abilities, and progress, modifying lessons and materials accordingly to maximize their educational outcomes.Collaborating closely with general education teachers, parents, school counselors, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment.Communicating regularly with parents about their child’s progress and providing recommendations for home support.Supporting social and emotional development, helping students manage behavioral challenges and encouraging positive behaviors.Preparing and delivering lessons, adapting classroom activities to be inclusive and engaging for all students.Maintaining accurate records as required by educational regulations and participating in faculty meetings and professional development
