We are looking for tried and tested sales people who are actually good at selling. 

Not people that just want a job. And certainly not people who use AI and embellished CV’s to make themselves seem good at sales in the recruitment process.

If you don’t 100% back your sales skills, this job isn’t for you. You won’t make any money and you will waste your time, so don’t bother applying.

However, if you know that you are an elite sales person with a consistent track history of success, keep reading.

We are running outbound campaigns selling digital marketing to UK and US businesses. You will be calling businesses all day who will benefit from our digital growth services, and doing what you can to get them to convert.

This role will be on a low basic salary, but have a large, uncapped commission structure. If you are good, you can expect to earn $1500+ every month.

FYI:

• We have an office based in Northmead, Lusaka, and the role will be in person.
• There will also be a rigorous 3 month probation period, where you will be given monthly targets. Those who underperform and aren’t a good fit won’t be offered a full time job at the end. Those who do perform will be making great money.
