CALL FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOOD AND SERVICES 2026/2027

DAMNESTE INVESTMENTS LIMITED is a Zambian private company (incorporated in 2014, with operational roots since 2008) whose core mandate is contracting services to the mining industry, private enterprises, government institutions, and neighbouring countries. The company operates four major divisions: Open & Underground Mining, Industrial Logistics & Projects, and Engineering.

In furtherance of its financial and procurement policies, and to support its Mining Project with Reliant Mining & Construction Limited (contractor to Mopani Copper Mines Plc) for primary and secondary development and support at Mufulira Mine Deeps, DAMNESTE INVESTMENTS LIMITED hereby invites applications from qualified and experienced suppliers, contractors, and service providers to register on its Approved Suppliers Database for the 2026/ 2027 procurement period.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION 

All applicants must submit certified true copies of the following:

Legal Status

• Certificate of Incorporation (Private Company Limited by Shares

Tax Compliance (ZRA)

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate 
• TPIN Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)

Statutory & Regulatory 

• NAPSA Compliance Certificate
• Workers’ Compensation Fund Control Board Certificate
• NCC Registration Certificate (Grade & Category)
• ERB Engineering Registration (for mechanical/electrical works)
• Valid Municipal / Business Trading License

Technical & Past Performance

• Company profile 
• List of similar contracts/ Trade (with LPOs or completion certificates)
• Proof of equipment ownership/lease (for works categories)
• Quality Policy / ISO certification (if any)

Integrity & Other Declarations

• ZPPA Supplier Registration Number (if already registered))
• Declaration of non‑collusion and conflict of interest
