Job description
We are a courier company focusing on order fulfilment in Zambia, with our HQ in Lusaka. We are looking for a self-driven candidate to join our growing call center.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in any social science field
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or any related experience, preferably from the Telecommunication sector
- A person of high integrity.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English but also understands local dialects (not a requirement but a plus).
- Highly motivated individual.
