Role Overview – Graphics Designer Jobs in Ndola

As a Graphics Designer at Neohive Properties Limited, you will be responsible for producing creative visual assets for both digital and print media. Your work will enhance the company’s brand identity and support marketing campaigns aimed at promoting property developments and company services. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, billboards, company profiles, and sales presentations.
• Create impactful visual content to promote land sales, property developments, and company offerings.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Develop promotional materials for exhibitions, roadshows, activations, and property showcases.
• Produce creative digital content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
• Create graphics, animations, infographics, and visual ads to support digital marketing campaigns.
• Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos of properties, events, and company activities, including virtual tours and testimonial videos.
• Design visual elements for the company website and assist with content updates to ensure mobile optimization.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop creative campaign concepts and support lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with printers, advertising agencies, and media partners to ensure quality production of marketing materials.
• Organize and maintain a repository of design files, photographs, videos, and marketing assets, ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, digital content creation, or a similar role.
• Experience in real estate, property development, advertising, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
