Candidate Requirements Proven sales experience is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals. Access to a reliable laptop and smartphone. Stable internet connection to support remote work. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Performance Expectations Contact at least 250 new businesses weekly. Generate a minimum of ZMW 12,500 in weekly sales revenue. Achieve monthly sales revenue targets of ZMW 50,000. Compensation and Benefits Base monthly salary of ZMW 1,500. Performance commission of ZMW 6,000 upon reaching monthly sales targets. Flexible remote work environment.
