Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to foster business growth. Lead field execution efforts to guarantee product availability and provide support to sales representatives. Analyze market trends and track sales performance, delivering key insights to senior management. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. Manage and lead a team of Area Development Coordinators (ADCs) and Customer Executives (CEs) within your territory. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Strong analytical abilities, leadership qualities, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
