POSITION AVAILABLE
✔ Cluster Administration & Finance Manager
✔ Country Sales Manager

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – CLUSTER ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE MANAGER
?️Oversee finance and administration teams across entities in Zambia and DRC
?️Ensure compliance with accounting, legal, and group financial policies
?️Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
?️ Supervise business control and financial analysis for decision-making
?️ Manage audits, fiscal compliance, and financial performance monitoring
?️ Support ERP systems and financial process standardization

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – COUNTRY SALES MANAGER
?️ Develop and manage client portfolios in mining and construction sectors
?️Drive sales growth, revenue, and market expansion strategies
?️ Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts
?️ Manage key customer relationships and site visits
?️ Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
?️ Lead and support sales team performance and development

? REQUIREMENTS
?️Degree in Finance, Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
?️ 5–10+ years relevant experience depending on role
?️ Strong experience in mining, construction, or industrial sectors
?️ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
?️ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency an added advantage
