A reputable manufacturing company in Lusaka is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join its growing team.

? Location: Lusaka, Zambia
? Salary: K9,000 Gross per Month
? Industry: Manufacturing

? POSITION AVAILABLE
✅ HR Officer

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruitment and onboarding of employees
• Payroll, attendance, and leave administration
• Management of NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, and statutory obligations
• Employee relations and disciplinary matters
• HR records management and labour law compliance
• Liaison with government institutions and regulators
• Training coordination and general HR administration

? REQUIREMENTS
✅ Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
✅ Minimum 2 years’ HR experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and statutory compliance
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage
