Job description
Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
Basic training in security operations or law enforcement (Police/Army background is an advantage
Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in security services, guarding, or related field
Experience in access control, patrols, and incident reportin
Skills & Competencies
Strong observation and vigilance skills
Ability to respond quickly to emergencie
Good report writing and record-keeping skill
Competence in conflict resolution and crowd contro
Personal Attributes
High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability
Physically fit and able to work long shifts (12 hours
Professional, disciplined, and respectful in conduc
Team player with good communication skill
Alert, proactive, and adaptable under pressur
Other Requirements
Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) as per the Employment Code Act provisions for watchpersons (up to 60 hours per week)
Ability to work in challenging environments (industrial, mining, or corporate
