Role Overview: Sales & Technical Assistant

This full-time position requires a young, energetic, and responsible male to serve as a counter sales assistant. The role combines customer service, sales transactions, and basic technical support, providing a valuable hands-on experience in the refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and confidence
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate refrigeration spare parts
• Process sales, issue accurate invoices, and handle payments including cash, card, and mobile money
• Test products prior to sale when necessary and demonstrate basic product usage
• Maintain organized records of sales and payments
• Keep the sales counter and workspace clean and orderly
• Assist with stock handling and perform basic inventory checks

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in English with good reading and writing skills
• Strong numerical and calculation abilities
• Basic computer literacy, including invoicing software
• Experience or familiarity with smart invoicing systems
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with strong communication and customer service skills
• Eager to learn and grow professionally within the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in refrigeration, electrical, hardware, or spare parts retail
• Basic understanding of compressors, cooling parts, or electrical components
