Job description
Solar Panda Zambia is hiring a Technician Support Specialist based in Lusaka on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
– Support technical after-sales service and troubleshooting.
– Diagnose, repair, refurbish, and test returned television units.
– Maintain spare parts, tools, and returned equipment records.
– Track warranty KPIs and prepare technical reports.
Requirements
– Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
– At least 5 years of relevant experience.
– Strong troubleshooting, installation, and repair experience.
– EIZ membership is an advantage.
