Job description

Tactivo Technologies is hiring an IT Support & Development Manager to lead support and development teams and help drive innovation through software development, automation, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT support operations.
• Lead and manage software development projects.
• Oversee system deployments, maintenance, and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud systems.
• Coordinate software releases, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Mentor, develop, and grow technical teams.
• Drive innovation and solutions across the Maestro platform and other products.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and software development.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of networking, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise application development is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
