The Operations Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties to maintain and improve restaurant performance, including:

• Managing labor and operational budgets to maximize profitability.
• Monitoring Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), minimizing waste, and adjusting purchasing accordingly.
• Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining strong vendor relationships with effective price negotiations.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff.
• Enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and coaching team members to foster accountability and high performance.
• Resolving staff conflicts and guest complaints promptly to maintain morale and service quality.
• Overseeing the dining floor and handling escalated customer issues in real time.
• Leading daily operational rituals such as pre-shift huddles, line checks, and management walkthroughs to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborating with the head chef and marketing team to update menus, analyze item profitability, and develop promotions.
• Ensuring compliance with local health regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment and dining areas.
• Maintaining logs, food safety records, and conducting weekly audits consistently.
• Reviewing sales forecasts, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing floor flow and inventory management.
• Completing cash reconciliations, analyzing waste, evaluating staff performance, and performing security checks.
