Available Positions: Principals and Lecturers/Instructors
We are currently recruiting for the following positions, with work locations in Lusaka Town or Lusaka West:

Principal (3 Positions)
Spring Valley College seeks experienced leaders to oversee academic and administrative functions. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, complemented by higher qualifications
Proven knowledge and experience in Human Resources and Financial Management
At least five years of management experience in an educational or related setting
A Post-Graduate Diploma in Education Management with a minimum of five years teaching experience
Applicants must be 35 years of age or older
Lecturers & Instructors (6 Positions)
We invite skilled educators to join our team in the following teaching areas:

Health & Counselling
Business
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Courses
Qualifications required for lecturer and instructor roles include:

A Vocational Teachers’ Diploma or relevant qualification in the teaching field
TEVETA accreditation
Relevant work experience:
Minimum of 3 years for Degree and Diploma holders
Minimum of 5 years for Certificate holders
