Job description
JOB OPPORTUNITY: SALES CONSULTANTS (2 POSITIONS)
We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants in the following locations:
- Mansa – 1 Position
- Mufumbwe – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell the company’s financial products and services.
- Identify and recruit new clients.
- Conduct customer assessments and loan application processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- At least one (1) year work experience in the microfinance sector.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Must be a resident of Mansa (for the Mansa position) or Mufumbwe (for the Mufumbwe position).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
