A reputable institution in the Hospitality Industry located along leopards hill road is seeking to recruit in multiple positions as listed below:

1. CHEFS

Key Responsibilities:

·      Prepare a variety of cuisines to high standards 

·      Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are followed 

·      Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menus and specials 

·      Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations 

·      Prepare and cook à la carte dishes with precision and flair 

·      Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of presentation and taste 

·      Collaborate on menu creation and seasonal specials 

·      Keep the kitchen organized and well-stocked 

·      Provide excellent customer service through quality food delivery

Requirements:

·      Proven experience as a Chef minimum of 2 years

·      Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards 

·      Creativity and passion for food 

·      Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

·      Excellent teamwork and communication skills

2.LIFE GUARD AND POOL ATTENDANTS

Key Responsibilities:

·      Monitoring the pool area to ensure safety and enforce rules.

·      Responding promptly to emergencies and perform rescues if needed

·      Maintaining the cleanliness and chemical balance of the pool

·      Testing and regulating pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and other chemical levels every evening.

·      Ensuring no unsafe activities, such as jumping from rocks or rough play.

·      Preventing contamination by enforcing hygiene rules.

·      Supervising children and non-swimmers, ensuring they stay within arm’s reach.

Requirements:

·      Must Have a Minimum of Two Years Experience.

·      Must have Knowledge of pool chemical management.

·      Must be Responsible, alert, and attentive.

·      Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Must have done a course in lifesaving, first aid, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

3.BARTENDER

Responsibilities:

·      Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

·      Engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

·      Managing tabs and processing payments.

·      Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area.

·      Restocking supplies and ingredients.

Requirements:

·      Minimum Grade 12 certificate

·      Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry with traceable references.

·      Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·      Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Should be creative and detail oriented.

·      Able to work with minimum supervision.

·      Must be willing to start work as soon as possible.

·      Preferably male.

4.GENERAL WORKER

Key Responsibilities:

·      Landscaping-Slashing grass, trimming hedges, watering plants, picking litter around, pathways and parking areas.

·      Pathways and Walkways-Sweeping, clearing leaves, checking pavers.

·      Waste Management- Collecting bins, sorting waste, taking it to disposal points.

Requirements:

·      Flexibility and Hardwork

·      Must have an NRC

·      Gardening/ Landscaping Knowledge

·      Honest and Trustworthy

·      Physically Fit

·      Team Players

5.RUNNERS

Responsibilities:

·      Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

·      Being able to take orders from clients and serving Clients.

·      Engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

·      Managing tabs and processing payments.

·      Maintaining cleanliness of the serving areas.

Requirements:

·      Minimum Grade 12 certificate

·      Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry with traceable references.

·      Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·      Knowledge of 10 steps of service.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Should be creative and detail oriented.

·      Able to work with minimum supervision.

·      Must be willing to start work as soon as possible.

6.Disc Jockey (DJ)s

Key Responsibilities:

7.WILDLIFE ATTENDANT

Responsibilities:

·      Taking care of wildlife animals

·      Feeding Wildlife Animals

Requirements:

·      Basic Wildlife Training- Certificate/Diploma in Wildlife Management, Ecotourism, or Environmental Science.

·      Know the local animals v harmless: behaviour, tracks and warning signs, what’s dangerous vs harmless

·      Animal behaviour reading- Spot agitation, know when to back off.

·      Communication Skills

·      Calm under Pressure

·      Physical Fitness
