About the Role: Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Lusaka

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the storage and movement of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, and aligning operations with established business targets. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storing and movement of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory control and safeguard stock at the Service Centre
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Manage inbound and outbound processes with attention to detail
• Apply warehouse principles and best practices to optimize workflow
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Gmail for reporting and communication
• Demonstrate knowledge of JD Group policies, operating models, and ethical standards
• Foster a customer-oriented approach and engage effectively with diverse teams
• Exercise sound judgement, decision-making, and personal resilience in daily tasks

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric certificate or equivalent educational qualification
• 1-2 years of general supply chain or warehouse experience preferred
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite and email applications
• Strong numeric and literacy skills with attention to detail
• Effective self-management and ability to work collaboratively within a team
