Real Estate Department Director Role – Key Responsibilities & Requirements

As the inaugural Director of the newly established Real Estate Inter-media Department, you will oversee all operations, lead team building, develop market strategies, and manage brokerage activities for second-hand housing and land. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving the company’s business objectives.

• Develop department strategies, policies, and set monthly and annual targets.
• Recruit, manage, and supervise the team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Identify and cultivate property and land resources while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate house viewings, negotiations, and transaction follow-ups.
• Mitigate business risks and enforce standardized operational procedures.
• Enhance brand presence and expand market share in Lusaka.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Lusaka real estate market, especially second-hand housing and land transactions.
• Expertise in property valuation, transfer procedures, and relevant local policies.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and industry developments.
• Proven experience in real estate management, team leadership, and staff training.
• Familiarity with Zambian property laws, title deeds, and transfer processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with an extensive professional network.
• Age 30 to 45, both male and female candidates encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields; fluent English required. Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

Media Department Manager – Founding Role

This newly created position requires a skilled professional to lead the Media Department, responsible for content creation, brand promotion, and social media management supporting the company’s real estate ventures.

• Develop and implement department strategies, policies, and targets.
• Lead recruitment, training, and daily management of the media team.
• Produce short videos, graphics, and written content to promote projects and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to increase engagement and followers.
• Collaborate with other departments for promotional activities and events.
• Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy and brand impact.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in short video production, including shooting, editing, copywriting, and post-production.
