Job description

We are seeking a proactive, hardworking, and results-driven Environmental Health & Business Development Officer to support the growth of our environmental and public health services. The ideal candidate will possess strong business-to-business (B2B) sales capabilities, a solid understanding of environmental health compliance requirements, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring environmental compliance while driving revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients for environmental and public health services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Conduct client visits, presentations, and business development meetings.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Advise clients on environmental health regulations and compliance requirements.

• Monitor and support environmental health compliance projects and assessments.

• Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for compliance improvements.

• Generate sales reports, business development updates, and compliance reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets.

• Stay updated on environmental health legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Represent the company professionally during client engagements and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related fi eld.

• Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.

• Strong understanding of environmental health compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.

• Profi ciency in Microsoft Office applications.
