Job description
About the Role
- Graceal Lounge is looking for smart, energetic and customer-focused individuals to join its hospitality team in Chongwe.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests professionally
- Take orders using the POS system and serve food and drinks promptly
- Have full knowledge of menu items, ingredients and allergens
- Upsell menu items and beverages to customers
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Work shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nyanja/Bemba
- Smart appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a restaurant or bar environment will be an added advantage
- Must be a resident of Chongwe
