Job description
Chef – Chinese Cuisine (3 Positions)
Sun Share is hiring Chefs specializing in Chinese cuisine.
General Requirements and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to established recipes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation schedules.
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Proven experience preparing Chinese cuisine.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
- Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
