Chef – Chinese Cuisine (3 Positions)

Sun Share is hiring Chefs specializing in Chinese cuisine.

General Requirements and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to established recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Assist with menu planning and food preparation schedules.
• Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proven experience preparing Chinese cuisine.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
• Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
