About the Consumer Lending Direct Sales Agents Role

As a Consumer Lending Direct Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in promoting AB Bank’s financial products to both individual clients and corporate firms. Your responsibilities will include preparing and evaluating loan documentation, serving as the primary contact for customers, and driving customer acquisition efforts. Success in this role is measured by your ability to meet or exceed established sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market AB Bank’s consumer lending products to individuals and businesses.
• Prepare and evaluate loan documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Act as a key liaison between the bank and its customers, fostering strong relationships.
• Acquire new customers to grow the bank’s lending portfolio.
• Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or relationship management.
• Experience selling financial products such as loans, insurance, mobile money, or savings products is an advantage.
• Strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
• Possession of a Full Grade 12 Certificate and mandatory ZAQA certification.
